First of all: We do not like all that legal mumbo-jumbo that we are supposed to put here. No one ever reads it and even when you do, it's written in such a way that you already feel scammed even before you encounter problems.

You are our customer, we are the seller. We'd like you to be happy and will work very hard towards that goal. If anything is not to your liking, please let us know.
We sell gnomes. Not pieces of gnomes. We ship via UPS and sometimes USPS. We will refund for UPS shipping ONLY! We suggest you take out insurance when things are shipping USPS. We will not be responsible for USPS damages incurred during shipping. We will pack your purchase as secure as possible and hope for the best with USPS.
We sell gnomes, not information about our customers. We will never sell your information to anyone for anything.
